Job description

Drive next-generation AI-powered advertising solutions that transform how advertisers engage with customers across Amazon's ecosystem. This technical leader will drive complex, cross-organizational programs from concept to successful launch-managing technical requirements, defining API contracts, creating workback plans, and aligning stakeholders across engineering, product, operations, legal, sales, UX, and marketing. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering measurable business impact, earning trust with senior stakeholders across multiple organizations, and inspiring teams to innovate against challenging timelines.
Key job responsibilities
Partner with engineering, product, operations, legal, UX, sales, and marketing teams to define requirements and deliver sophisticated ad products that leverage generative AI capabilities
Manage complex, cross-organizational programs from concept through successful launch, including defining technical requirements, establishing API contracts, and creating detailed workback plans
Lead progress tracking against key milestones, facilitate technical conversations, and ensure alignment across all stakeholder groups
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues at multiple organizational levels, communicating potential impacts and solutions to relevant teams
Build and maintain relationships across the matrix organization, influencing stakeholders at all levels to drive collaborative problem-solving and timely decision-making
A day in the life
You'll spend your time orchestrating complex, cross-functional initiatives that bring AI-powered advertising solutions to life

Your day might include facilitating technical discussions with engineering teams to define API contracts and system architecture, conducting stakeholder alignment meetings with leaders across multiple organizations, and tracking progress against key milestones to ensure timely delivery. You'll work closely with product, UX, sales, and marketing partners to translate business requirements into technical specifications, then communicate progress and trade-offs to executives and individual contributors alike. Beyond day-to-day coordination, you'll identify emerging risks, develop mitigation strategies, and mentor other product leaders on best practices for managing complex, cross-organizational programs.

We are reimagining advertising across Amazon's owned and operated properties, including Prime Video, Twitch, Fire TV, Alexa, IMDb, Amazon Business, Physical Stores, and Podcast Publishers

Our team owns the complete monetization strategy and execution for these 14+ publisher properties, maximizing value through compelling ad experiences across video, audio, display, and emerging formats. We're building a collaborative environment where product leaders work alongside engineering, operations, legal, UX, sales, and marketing teams to solve complex problems and deliver innovative solutions. You'll join a group committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in advertising technology while maintaining strong relationships built on trust and mutual respect.
