Job description

Posting Summary:

Mission Multiplier is looking for a Contracts Manager to support our IDIQ contract and related task orders for the U.S. Army. This position is contingent upon award of contract.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer IDIQ and task orders.
  • Monitor contract requirements, terms, conditions, deliverables, and compliance obligations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for contractual matters with government contracting personnel.
  • Coordinate contract modifications, amendments, extensions, options, and other contract actions.
  • Review solicitations, contracts, task orders, and modifications for contractual and business requirements.
  • Support preparation and submission of proposals, quotes, pricing information, and other contractual responses.
  • Track contract milestones, periods of performance, funding, ceilings, and option periods.
  • Maintain contract files and ensure required documentation is complete and properly maintained.
  • Monitor subcontractor and vendor contractual requirements, as applicable.
  • Identify potential contractual risks, compliance issues, and required actions and coordinate resolution.
  • Support contract closeout activities and ensure completion of outstanding contractual obligations.
  • Provide guidance to internal personnel regarding contract terms, requirements, and applicable government contracting procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience, including management experience.
  • B.S. degree in Contracts or Business, or related field, from an accredited university or college.
  • Currently possesses, or has the ability to obtain and maintain, a U.S. DoD Secret clearance.
