Job description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring for a Contract Administrator. The Contract Administrator would be working for a major company and has career growth otential.

Contract Administrator Compensation

  • Pay rate: $32.00 per hour
  • Shift: 8:00 - 4:00pm - Pacific - M to F

Contract Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Support price activation processes through execution of letters of commitment, customer setup, and maintenance.
  • Oversee commercial consumable sales contracts, ensuring accurate and timely implementation across all U.S. business segments.
  • Collaborate with distributor partners, GPOs, and sales teams to enhance operational capabilities and process optimization.
  • Manage internal and external inquiries related to pricing activation and membership.
  • Utilize reporting tools to research and respond promptly to stakeholder needs.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to improve contract execution and enhance customer experience.

Contract Administrator QUALIFICATIONS:

Critical Information

  • Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific, Monday to Friday
  • On-site position

Education/Licenses Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in commercial contract operations or related fields
