Job Title: Accounting Supervisor

Job Description

This role serves as a hands-on Accounting Supervisor responsible for overseeing the full accounting cycle, managing accounts receivable team members, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The position combines day-to-day operational accounting with leadership responsibilities, including treasury activities, vendor management, and month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and provide day-to-day oversight of accounts receivable team members, including guiding their work and supporting their professional development.
  • Perform hands-on accounting tasks across the full cycle, including accounts receivable, general ledger activities, and related reconciliations.
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and accuracy of financial statements in accordance with internal policies and applicable standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions related to vendors.
  • Lead and execute month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Monitor and manage treasury-related activities as part of the overall accounting function.
  • Ensure that all reconciliations are completed accurately and on time, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support financial reporting, process improvements, and compliance with accounting procedures.
  • Utilize SAP to perform accounting functions, generate reports, and maintain accurate financial records.
