What You'll Do:
  • Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
  • Support mobility, walking and physical therapy exercises
  • Monitor and report food intake and vital signs
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment
  • Accurately document care using EHR systems (Epic, eClinicalWorks preferred)
  • Communicate changes in client condition to nursing staff
  • Follow HIPAA regulations and safety protocols
Requirements:
  • Valid CNA or HHA certification (Massachusetts)
  • First Aid and CPR Certified
  • Basic Life Support certification (preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
  • Ability to safely lift and support clients
  • Comfortable using mobile apps or electronic health records
  • Kind, dependable and patient
  • Experience in home care, nursing homes, ICU, or hospice care settings is a plus.
