Summary:
The Product Engineer provides primary customer contact for New Product Launch (NPL) activities. Responsible for all manufacturing processes, materials, and tooling to ensure that products are assembled to customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Leads manufacturing activities of assigned products through prototype, pilot, and production
• Oversees the implementation of customer documentation changes and internal change order
• Actively participates in new customer development and new business development
• Analyzes line return information to understand and drive corrective action on manufacturing process issues
• Performs product level FMEAs as required
• Participates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities
• Performs review of engineering design drawings and DFX reports prior to production release for manufacturability
• Participates in evaluating and qualifying new manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment
• Leads internal and external corrective action plans
• Complies and follow all company policies and procedures
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Compensation Range: $71,678.00 to $89,517.00 USD. Many factors are considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to skills, certifications, licensures, experience, training, incumbent data, and other business needs.
