The Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Alameda Roasting Plant Operations. Your primary responsibility will be to challenge status-quo by analyzing existing systems/processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes that drive operational excellence.

Communication Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. The target annual base salary range for this position is $135,000 - $155,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education, certifications or licenses, other legitimate non-discriminatory business factors, and the geographic location of the role. In addition to base pay, individuals in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
