Responsible for leading a world-class aftermarket parts organization that delivers exceptional customer responsiveness while driving profitable parts revenue growth through strategic account development, proactive sales initiatives, pricing optimization, and customer lifecycle management.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
This aftermarket parts manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of the aftermarket Parts team and their performance by being directly responsible for:
  • Team Leadership and Supervision - Hiring, training, coaching and evaluating team members to ensure high performance, productivity and compliance with company policies.
  • Customer Service Standards - Enhancing a world class, customer centric service culture throughout the team.
  • Aftermarket Growth and Commercial Leadership - Developing and executing commercial strategies that increase customer spend, expand penetration of the installed base, improve quote conversion and upsell rates, and strengthen recurring revenue streams.
  • Sales and Revenue Goals - Driving aftermarket parts sales to meet or exceed established revenue, margin, and growth targets.
  • Process Improvement - Identifying and implementing improvements in workflow, processes, and divisional and corporate strategic initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analytics - Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue growth, quote conversion, customer penetration, customer retention, attachment rates, and gross margin performance. Utilizing data analytics to identify growth opportunities, customer buying trends, and untapping revenue potential. PDCA and problem-solving methodology is critical for success.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring efficient and accurate use of business systems, acting as the subject matter expert and primary trainer for team members.
  • Backfilling team responsibilities when appropriate and necessary to maintain customer responsiveness and service continuity.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and prioritizing effectively.
  • Traveling as required (0-10%) for training, meetings or supplier/customer visits.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:
  • Four-year degree in Sales, Engineering or Business highly desired.
  • Five+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Proven track record of developing and leading a team.
  • Proven track record of exceeding business goals and metrics.
  • Experience developing commercial growth plans and executing revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Ability to professionally represent the company via physical, written, and oral communication.
  • Must possess top-level business management, interpersonal and facilitation skills.
  • Proficient Computer Skills; Salesforce, ERP (Syteline), AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Applications.
