We are seeking a Workforce Strategy & Analytics Specialist to support workforce planning, organizational analysis, and strategic workforce initiatives for a key U.S. Government customer.
Position contingent upon contract award!
We are seeking a Workforce Strategy & Analytics Specialist to provide workforce planning, organizational analysis, and strategic advisory support to senior leadership. The selected candidate will conduct quantitative and qualitative workforce analyses, identify workforce trends, develop strategic recommendations, and support the implementation of workforce initiatives aligned with mission objectives. This role requires collaboration with leadership across the organization to assess workforce needs, evaluate employee engagement efforts, and develop data-driven solutions that improve organizational effectiveness. The Workforce Strategy & Analytics Specialist will prepare executive-level reports and briefings, communicate complex analytical findings to diverse audiences, and support the development of workforce strategies that enable mission success.
The Workforce Strategy & Analytics Specialist possess the following capabilities:
  • Conduct workforce studies utilizing industry best practices to identify emerging trends, workforce challenges, and opportunities for organizational improvement.
  • Gather, analyze, and present workforce data to support tactical and strategic decision-making by leadership.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-range workforce strategy initiatives, project plans, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Conduct comprehensive research using organizational policies, regulations, procedural guidance, and workforce data to support strategic planning efforts.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify workforce issues and develop recommendations aligned with organizational priorities and mission objectives.
  • Develop an understanding of organizational operations, policies, and procedures to support workforce planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify, collect, and validate workforce data from multiple internal and external sources to support workforce analysis.
  • Analyze and support employee engagement initiatives by evaluating quantitative and qualitative feedback and measuring program effectiveness.
  • Design and recommend appropriate methodologies for workforce studies, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other research techniques.
  • Analyze workforce and organizational data using descriptive and inferential statistical methods to identify trends, relationships, projections, and actionable insights.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and briefings that clearly communicate analytical findings, recommendations, and workforce strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Develop recommendations for workforce recruitment, retention, employee development, succession planning, and workforce optimization aligned with strategic mission objectives.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
Pay Range: Competitive
