This includes contract workers, freelancers, temporary staff, and consultants. Their responsibilities involve developing workforce strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing vendor relationships, and supporting hiring managers in finding the right talent. They help organizations remain agile, control costs, and reduce risks related to flexible staffing solutions.
