Conti LLC is a trusted leader in heavy civil and infrastructure construction, delivering complex projects nationwide. We are seeking an experienced Crane & Heavy Equipment Operator to support drilled shaft and foundation operations on projects across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cranes in support of drilled shaft installation and heavy lifting operations
  • Operate additional heavy equipment as needed, including:
    • Excavators
    • Skid steers
    • Backhoes
    • Water trucks
  • Safely rig and lift materials in coordination with ground crews and supervisors
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
  • Follow lift plans, site safety protocols, and OSHA regulations
  • Work collaboratively with crew members and site supervision
  • Perform work during night shifts and in varying weather conditions as required
Qualifications
  • License: Valid CDL Class A (required); tanker endorsement preferred
  • Certification: NCCCO/OSHA crane certification (required)
  • Experience: Proven crane and heavy equipment operating experience on civil or foundation projects
  • Travel: Willingness to travel regularly for out-of-town work
  • Work Environment: Ability to work outdoors year-round and during night shifts
  • Teamwork: Strong communication skills and ability to follow direction
