The Contents Technician is responsible for professionally packing, inventorying, and preparing a customers household contents for transport and storage during restoration projects. This role requires strong attention to detail, care for customer belongings, and a high level of professionalism while working inside occupied homes.
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform in-home pack-outs of household contents due to fire, water, smoke, or mold restoration projects
  • Carefully pack, label, and inventory customer belongings following company and insurance guidelines
  • Use proper packing materials and techniques to prevent damage during transport and storage
  • Load and unload contents safely and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate inventory documentation and photos as required
  • Communicate respectfully and professionally with homeowners, tenants, and team members
