ReedPop has an extensive stable of respected events, including New York Comic Con, the PAX events, EGX, MCM Comic Con, Star Wars Celebration, C2E2 and over a dozen more.

About the Role

As a Content Coordinator supporting ReedPop's games portfolio, you will help bring programming experiences to life across events including PAX West, PAX East, and PAX Unplugged. Working closely with Content and Event teams, you will coordinate programming operations, stakeholder communications, and content deliverables that contribute to engaging experiences for attendees, creators, exhibitors, and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support content strategy, programming priorities, and key communications across the games events portfolio

  • Coordinate panel submissions, applications, participant outreach, approvals, scheduling, and trackers for PAX events

  • Maintain programming calendars, deadlines, copy documents, asset trackers, run-of-show materials, and status reports

  • Draft, collect, proof, and QA panel copy and speaker information for websites, apps, signage, newsletters, social, and partner communications

  • Communicate with panelists, creators, community groups, exhibitors, partners, talent, and internal/external stakeholders

  • Partner with Operations, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Registration, Production, and other teams to ensure content deliverables are accurate and show-ready

  • Assist with fan-facing content experiences, including panels, community programming, stages, show features, meetups, and special activations

  • Support onsite execution, including speaker check-in, backstage support, schedule changes, stage communications, queue needs, and issue resolution

Requirements

  • Experience supporting live events, programming, content operations, community engagement, talent coordination, project coordination, account management, or related work

  • Excellent written communication, copy-editing, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about gaming, fan communities, and ReedPop brands

  • Able to manage multiple timelines, trackers, submissions, approvals, and shifting priorities across projects

  • Resourceful, collaborative, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines

  • Comfortable with fan-, speaker-, and partner-facing communications before events and onsite

  • Willing to ask for help, learn from mistakes, and advocate for the best ideas

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 6-8 times per year, including weekends, as needed
