Job description

Job Description
You enjoy shaping the future of product innovation as a core leader, driving value for customers, guiding successful launches, and exceeding expectations. Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients.
As a senior Product Owner and change management expert, you will support the strategic evolution of our Digital Asset Management (DAM) ecosystem, championing operational excellence through continuous improvement and best-in-class standards. You will build and sustain strong client and partner relationships, providing ongoing support, and drive solution development through collaborative, cross-functional planning. Your visionary leadership will enable digital transformation, enterprise-wide adoption, and measurable business outcomes through innovative DAM strategies and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
  • Champion DAM strategy as an executive-level ambassador, aligning digital asset initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision with clear OKRs and KPIs for each delivery phase, ensuring alignment from discovery through post-launch evaluation.
  • Modernize DAM capabilities by leveraging automation, AI/ML, advanced analytics, and workflow optimization to accelerate speed-to-market while maintaining auditability and control.
  • Lead end-to-end lifecycle management, owning the complete product journey from concept through pilot, rollout, and continuous optimization with phased delivery plans and measurable success metrics.
  • Translate requirements into solutions by identifying, documenting, and converting client needs into detailed user stories; collaborate with development teams and Area Product Owners to define technical solutions, prioritize backlogs, and manage dependencies.
  • Manage complex migrations, ensuring data integrity, metadata preservation, and minimal business disruption.
  • Drive adoption and investment by building compelling business cases, facilitating adoption through strategic communication, executive stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Establish DAM governance framework, owning and enforcing asset retention policies, access and permission models, audit readiness protocols, and day-to-day governance to ensure compliance within a regulated financial services environment.
  • Set enterprise standards by defining and implementing best practices, metadata taxonomies, workflow standards, and governance models that support scalable adoption and operational excellence.
  • Enable self-service capabilities by designing and implementing localization, personalization, and self-service features in CMS/DAM environments, enhancing user autonomy and operational consistency.
  • Collaborate on change management, working closely with change management resources to design and execute comprehensive training programs, knowledge transfers, and enablement initiatives for content creators and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years serving as a Product Owner in enterprise environments, with at least 5+ years of experience owning or leading Adobe AEM or DAM platforms.
  • Proven track record spearheading product strategy, establishing roadmaps, and delivering measurable business outcomes through complex digital initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, including metadata management, taxonomy design, workflow automation, rights management, and governance.
  • Strong change management background with demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement, training design, adoption strategies, and organizational transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a technical thought leader and SME, with strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles in regulated industries (financial services preferred).
  • Exceptional ability to translate business requirements into user stories, technical specifications, and prioritized development roadmaps.
  • Strategic vision: Ability to define long-term direction while delivering iterative value.
  • Stakeholder management: Executive presence with cross-functional leadership and influencing skills.
  • Technical acumen: Comfortable with APIs, integration patterns, and system architecture discussions.
  • Change leadership: Empathetic educator and adoption champion who drives cultural transformation.

Strongly preferred:
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) expertise, particularly AEM as a Cloud Service, including headless CMS, AEM Assets (DAM), and content architecture
