About the Role

Our Chapman Corporate Center location in Chandler, AZ is hiring a Social Media Content Creator to produce engaging content across our dealership brands. This hands-on creative role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, excels at short-form video creation, and can transform vehicles, people, events, and everyday dealership moments into authentic, high-quality content.

Youโ€™ll work closely with the Chapman Automotive social media team, creating content for dealerships throughout Phoenix, Tucson, and Las Vegas. Responsibilities include filming and editing videos, capturing photography, covering events, writing captions, and contributing creative ideas that help grow our brands online.

Responsibilities

  • Film and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube shorts
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of vehicles, employees, customers, dealership operations, events, and community involvement
  • Create engaging, platform-specific content that aligns with current social media trends and brand standards
  • Write captions, assist with content scheduling, and support social media publishing efforts
  • Travel to dealership locations throughout Phoenix, Tucson, and Las Vegas to capture content and support special events
  • Organize and manage photo, video, and project assets for team collaboration and future use
  • Assist with content strategy, trend monitoring, performance analysis, and creative campaign development

Qualifications

  • Proven experience creating short-form video content for social media platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts required
  • Strong photography, videography, editing, and visual storytelling skills
  • Experience using creative software such as Adobe Premier Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools
  • Portfolio or examples of previous content creation work required
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Highly organized, dependable, and receptive to feedback, with the ability to consistently produce engaging content
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid Arizona driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel regularly, including occasional overnight stays
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
