Shift: Mon-Fri first shift

Pay Range: $40,000 - $48,000 non-exempt

RYAN is looking for a tech savvy, detail oriented Digital Content & General Office Administrator to help elevate our digital footprint and support daily business operations. This role blends social media management, office coordination, accounting support, and HR administration — with the opportunity to use AI tools to streamline workflows, generate content, and boost productivity. Perfect for someone early in their career who thrives in a role where every day brings something new.


How you will contribute:


Social Media & Digital Content Support

• Maintain and update RYAN’s social media presence and content calendar

• Use AI tools to draft posts, generate ideas, and support content creation

• Update and maintain the company website and online brand presence

• Help gather insights and basic analytics to inform content strategy

• Assist with general digital projects and brand-related tasks


Accounting & Finance Support

• Handle basic bookkeeping (accounts payable and receivable)

• Track deposits and prepare ACH batches

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Assist with state and municipal tax inquiries

• Compile and update recurring reports

HR & Ops Support

• Assist with payroll preparation and data entry

• Maintain contractor and subcontractor records in the HRIS

• Keep employee records organized and support HR administrative tasks

• Assist with general business operations and administrative needs

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ year administrative experience
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Exposure to accounting systems

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree or some college
  • Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, SUM/AVG/COUNT)
  • QuickBooks experience (journal entries, invoicing, reconciling)
  • Payroll experience
  • Experience using AI tools for content or operations
