What your new challenge will look like
  • Conduct market and competitor research to understand competitors and target audiences and identify content opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of content and consumer trends and advancements in technology.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, articles, social media posts, whitepapers, case studies, e-books, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with designers, content writers and 4flow business lines to produce multimedia content.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns that use content to create brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Analyze, create, and modify content processes, templates, guidelines and documentation to increase efficiency and quality of work.
  • Track and report on content campaign performance.
  • Optimize content for SEO to increase organic search visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance and adjust content strategy to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the North America and global marketing team to align content with marketing campaigns and goals.
  • Develop relationships and collaborate with business-line stakeholders to ensure content and marketing campaigns support overall business-line objectives and strategy.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, style and tone.
  • Maintain and update content guidelines and best practices.
  • Identify and implement content distribution strategies to reach a wider audience.
  • Leverage various platforms (e.g., website, publications, search engines, social media, HubSpot and partnerships) to distribute content effectively.
