Job description

Turn complex product information into clear, useful content that helps customers succeed. As a Senior Content Developer, you will create, review, and improve product content while partnering with subject matter experts, Product Management, and Development teams. You will be responsible for delivering accurate content throughout the software development lifecycle, guiding content strategy, and mentoring other Content Developers. We are seeking applicants with strong technical writing skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach to solving complex content challenges.

What you will be doing:

  • Create clear technical, learning, and user-focused content, bringing broad experience, fresh ideas, and sound judgment to each project.
  • Review your own work and peer content for accuracy, consistency, and simplicity while coaching other Content Developers on quality standards.
  • Analyze complex drawings, design reports, product features, and software changes to determine the right content approach, scope, and level of detail.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and teams across the business to understand content needs, recommend solutions, and support product releases.
  • Identify and recommend content updates based on product enhancements, ensuring materials are complete, accurate, and available on time.
  • Prioritize projects independently, estimate effort accurately, and guide other Content Developers in managing competing priorities.
  • Mentor Content Developers, resolve complex content challenges, and help maintain consistent standards across the team.
