Job description

Overview
Medallia is the pioneer and market leader in Experience Management. Our award-winning SaaS platform, Medallia Experience Cloud, leads the market in the management of experiences, insights, and actions for candidates, customers, employees, patients, and residents alike.
We believe that every experience is a memory that can last a lifetime. Experiences shape the way people feel about a company. And they greatly influence how likely people are to advocate, contribute, and stay. At Medallia, we are committed to creating a world where organizations are loved by their customers and their employees.
We empower exceptional people to create extraordinary experiences together.
Bring your whole self.
The Role and Team
As part of the Content Strategy team, you'll help maximize the long-term value of Medallia's flagship content and strategic initiatives. You'll partner across Marketing to ensure our most important stories evolve beyond individual assets into connected content experiences that educate buyers, strengthen market perception, and support the business over time, while actively creating and evolving the content that brings those stories to life.
This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring our most important ideas are operationalized across campaigns, regions, channels, and audiences through scalable systems and AI-enabled workflows. You'll think holistically about the content journey, developing strategic content as well as identifying opportunities to expand, connect, organize, and sustain our most important content so it delivers value long after its initial launch.
Responsibilities
  • Develop long-term content strategies that maximize the value and longevity of Medallia's strategic narratives and flagship initiatives.
  • Create/write and optimize derivative content for different audiences, channels, and formats while maintaining narrative consistency.
  • Build and maintain connected content ecosystems that link strategic narratives, customer stories, research, webinars, campaigns, and supporting resources into cohesive buyer journeys.
  • Design scalable content systems that efficiently adapt content while maintaining narrative consistency.
  • Leverage AI to accelerate content planning, creation, atomization, and activation while maintaining strategic quality and narrative consistency.
  • Partner closely with Global Campaigns, Field Marketing, Digital, and Creative to plan and operationalize content across programs, regions/languages, and channels.
  • Ensure content is easily discoverable through intentional connections between related assets and supporting resources.
  • Develop repeatable planning frameworks and AI-enabled workflows that make content easier to scale, activate, and maintain over time.
  • Lead webinar content strategy, discussion development, speaker preparation, and narrative planning.
  • Monitor content utilization, performance, and adoption to identify opportunities to improve discoverability, engagement, and long-term impact.
  • Recommend future content opportunities based on business priorities, performance insights, and gaps across the content ecosystem.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, integrated marketing, or a related B2B marketing role.
  • Demonstrated track record creating a variety of content formats including long-form thought leadership, blogs, webinars, customer stories, and campaign assets.
  • Demonstrated experience adapting and repurposing content across multiple channels, audiences, and stages of the buyer journey.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for executive and practitioner audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering cross-functionally with teams such as Campaigns, Digital, Product Marketing, Creative, and Field Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience applying generative AI tools and workflows toward research, content creation, ideation, or process optimization.
  • Track record of strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing integrated content strategies that support long-term business objectives rather than one-off campaigns.
  • Experience building content programs or content ecosystems that connect multiple assets into cohesive buyer journeys.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about content architecture, discoverability, and lifecycle management.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, building new processes, and developing scalable content systems that evolve with changing business priorities.
  • Experience measuring content performance and using insights to optimize future content investments.
  • Experience supporting executive thought leadership or major research initiatives.
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or customer experience software.
