Job description

We're looking for a Sr. Sales Content Strategist to own the content strategy that powers the Amazon Supply Chain Services sales cycle and motions across our multi-service logistics portfolio. You'll sit at the intersection of marketing and commercial teams, shaping how we bring both single-service to multi-service value propositions tolife throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at translating complex, multi-product offerings into clear, compelling materials that help sales teams win. You'll partner closely with sales leadership, product marketing, and enablement to ensure teams have what they need - from initial pitch through account expansion - to position the full portfolio in a single motion.
This role is open for the Bellevue, WA location and is part of a team based in Bellevue, WA. This organization collectively represents some of the most critical components of Amazon's first-class transportation network. Everything we do is aimed at further delighting our customers with faster, cheaper, and more efficient means of receiving packages. Backed by Amazon's reliable transportation network, Amazon Shipping is a small package ground delivery service available to external partners.
Key job responsibilities
• Sales content program ownership - Build and manage a content program that identifies customer
opportunities, tracks collateral usage and engagement, and measures ROI to inform future strategy.
• Content strategy development - Create comprehensive content strategies aligned to sales goals; ensure consistent messaging and value propositions across all sales-facing materials, tailored to each service line's ideal customer profiles.
• Cross-sell and upsell activation - Proactively identify opportunities for expanded industry or segment- specific sales plays involving two or more service lines; develop and activate new materials as opportunities emerge.
• Content innovation - Design scalable solutions for meeting field needs, including leveraging AI automation to scale content while maintaining governance; incorporate competitive insights to help reps differentiate in the market.
• Content gap analysis - Collaborate with sales teams to understand needs, pain points, and gaps in existing
content; drive toward self-service, compelling sales materials.
• Content audit, optimization, and governance - Regularly audit sales-facing materials using quantitative and qualitative measures of usage and effectiveness; set plans for retiring or refreshing outdated content.
• Publishing and distribution - Partner with learning & development and sales enablement to create
mechanisms for deploying published collateral; ensure consistency in taxonomy and discoverability so reps can quickly locate relevant materials.
• Content production - Lead creative development of high-value, customer-facing materials in alignment with messaging frameworks; own creative briefing processes with clear success metrics built in from kickoff.
• Cross-functional collaboration - Navigate a complex stakeholder landscape spanning multiple service lines; partner with business development, enablement, product marketing, and commercial leadership to drive alignment.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
- MBA

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
