About the Role

The Content & Creative Coordinator will serve as NTi’s “storyteller” and capture our brand voice through written and visual content. You will develop content (blogs, social media posts, newsletters, graphics, etc.) that will drive traffic, engage and convert target prospects, and improve shared content across social media channels. Content includes all graphic designs and copy for social media posts, thought leadership, newsletters, and more. In this role, you will work closely with the Business Development team to develop a content strategy and calendar that supports sales & marketing needs and aligns with growth goals. The Content & Creative Coordinator will monitor content performance and make informed recommendations.

This role is based in our Cincinnati office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Write and publish blog posts, case studies, newsletters, marketing collateral, email campaigns, and more.
  • Manage our company’s social media content and accounts.
  • Create visual assets including graphics, maps, campaign, and other sales materials.
  • Produce and edit video content featuring subject matter experts, customer stories, and more.
  • Build and execute digital campaigns across social, email, and web.
  • Work with sales and technical teams to create informative content for our target audiences.
  • Track performance and test new ideas based on results.
  • Overall upkeep of the company website, keeping information up-to-date, refreshing imagery, and researching SEO/AIO keywords.
  • Manage all marketing materials, including inventory and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or similar role.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to handle technical subject matter.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar.
  • Basic video editing experience.
  • Familiarity with marketing & content platforms like Squarespace, Google Analytics, & MOZ
  • Social media management experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, & YouTube
  • Ability to handle multiple projects for several different products and services at once.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, creative thinker who looks for new opportunities to help grow our business.
  • AIO & SEO skillset.
