Job Description
As a Content Design Senior Associate in HR Digital Content, you will play a critical role in shaping employee experiences by planning, creating, and structuring content for knowledge articles and HR tools. You'll be involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of content, streamlining production, scheduling, and distribution workflows to ensure quality, consistency and timely delivery.
Lead strategic content programs and initiatives from conception to execution by leveraging your writing and stakeholder management expertise. Your work will have a significant impact on various departments, ensuring alignment of content with our business strategy and vision.
At the Senior Associate level, demonstrate your proficiency in core content craft and delivery skills, while continuously developing your expertise in these and other design areas. Your work will have an impact on enhancing employee experience and building confidence in our products and services.
Job responsibilities
  • Plan and create engaging, user-friendly content for knowledge articles, products and features and adhere to the firm's standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with user needs, business goals, and accessibility guidelines.
  • Structure and organize content using information architecture principles to enhance user experience and facilitate easy navigation within products and services.
  • Create content taxonomies to refine content organization and structure, incorporating user feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Adopt internal brand voice to produce clear, concise, and engaging content that communicates complex concepts effectively.
  • Analyze content performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and enhancement of user experiences.
  • Manage intake request queue and regular maintenance updates to knowledge articles within SLA timelines.
  • Use your skills in data analytics and digital proficiency to deliver results aligned with business strategy.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience in content design, or equivalent expertise in editing, and writing - with a focus on digital products and platforms.
  • Experience in creating content architectures, storytelling, and clear and concise writing.
  • Demonstrated experience in applying accessibility guidelines and inclusive design to create user-friendly content.
  • Experience with iterative design techniques, incorporating user feedback, and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Proficient technical literacy in content platforms and understanding their impact on user experience.
  • Self-directed in planning, structuring your effort and executing at expected level of quality; you don't need someone guiding you through the work.
  • Advanced skills in UX writing and information architecture; Intermediate ability in adjacent skills such as user research, interaction design and visual design.
  • Thorough knowledge of the English language, grammar, spelling, punctuation and usage.
  • Experience working with brand and copy standards, including style, voice and tone.
  • Comfortable and confident when presenting work to cross-functional partners and explaining decision-making rationale.

  • Proficiency in using content management systems (HTML knowledge is a plus)
  • Interest and familiarity with AI and LLMs
