Job description

Position Overview
The Integrated Marketing Coordinator is a key operator within NexCore Group's Marketing team, helping drive the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across healthcare, academic medicine and science, and senior living real estate development. This role connects internal stakeholders, creative resources, technology, and external partners to turn business priorities into high-quality marketing materials, campaigns, and content that strengthen NexCore's brand, showcase its expertise, and support market leadership.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, digitally fluent, and energized by making teams work smarter. They combine strong project management and communication skills with a practical understanding of creative production, marketing technology, and AI-enabled workflows. This person will take ownership of moving initiatives from intake and concept through production and launch, while improving visibility, efficiency, and execution across digital, print, social, and event channels.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Project Coordination
  • Own and coordinate the end-to-end marketing workflow, from project intake and prioritization through creative development, review, production, and launch, ensuring timelines, quality standards, stakeholder expectations, and brand consistency are met.
  • Manage project intake, routing, approvals, and cross-functional follow-up across teams including Development, Capital Markets, People, and Operations, in collaboration with Marketing Management and Creative Services.
  • Serve as the day-to-day operator and administrator of Monday.com for the Marketing team, building and maintaining project boards, workflows, automations, timelines, assignments, dashboards, and reporting that improve visibility, accountability, and team productivity.
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements using AI tools, automations, and resource optimization strategies to reduce manual work, streamline collaboration, accelerate turnaround times, and increase Marketing team capacity.
  • Coordinate the development and production of marketing collateral, including brochures, pitch decks, proposal templates, newsletters, presentations, and event materials, helping ensure accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery.
  • Liaise with print vendors, designers, photographers, and digital partners to ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns.
  • Coordinate ESL print collateral and signage requests, including production, vendor coordination, and distribution to communities and corporate teams.
  • Support ESL marketing and operational project coordination by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.

Digital Marketing & Social Media
  • Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across NexCore's digital channels, including LinkedIn, the company website, and email campaigns.
  • Support website content updates, news stories, and project portfolio additions in collaboration with internal teams and web partners.
  • Track, organize, and report on engagement metrics, campaign performance, and digital reach, translating results into practical insights that help inform future content and marketing decisions.
  • Bring forward creative ideas for social media, digital storytelling, and content that reflect NexCore's brand, values, expertise, and thought leadership.
  • Manage ESL social media approval workflows through Sprout Social and coordinate the creation, approval, and distribution of community marketing materials through Adobe Express.

Brand Management & Content Support
  • Champion consistency in brand voice, visual identity, messaging, and presentation quality across marketing materials and platforms.
  • Proofread, fact-check, and coordinate revisions for marketing and communication materials with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain organized, accessible libraries of marketing assets, photography, templates, and source files to support efficient reuse across teams.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to collect project details, success stories, and data points to support case studies, presentations, and award submissions.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of marketing, project coordination, or marketing operations experience, ideally in professional services, real estate, healthcare, academic medicine and science, or a creative agency environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • Proficient in Monday.com, Sprout Social, Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Express, Claude, and other AI-enabled productivity and marketing tools; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms such as LinkedIn, Mailchimp, WordPress, and social media publishing or scheduling tools; comfortable learning and adopting new marketing technology quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, proofreading, and stakeholder coordination skills, with sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented, with a continuous-improvement mindset and the ability to identify smarter ways to work through technology, automation, and process optimization.

Benefits
  • Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 / year
