About the role

We're building out our in-house marketing team and looking for a Content & Social Media Specialist to own our social presence and contribute to content distribution. You'll work closely with our Director of Content to turn our video, podcast, and subject matter expertise and into blogs, social posts, and web copy that reaches the right audience and helps build pipeline.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who is a strong writer, socially fluent, and genuinely comfortable using AI tools as part of their daily workflow. The right person will have real ownership over your channels and plenty of room to grow.

As a RADICL Content & Social Media Specialist, you will:
Social Media
โ€ข Manage and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels on a consistent daily schedule
โ€ข Repurpose existing content (video clips, podcast episodes, blog posts) into platform-native social formats
โ€ข Monitor mentions, comments, and industry conversations; surface relevant opportunities to the team
โ€ข Track and report on engagement metrics, follower growth, and content performance
SEO Content Writing
โ€ข Write 2-3 blog posts per week from briefs, video transcripts, or expert interviews with AI assistance
โ€ข Apply on-page SEO best practices: keyword targeting, meta descriptions, internal linking, header structure
โ€ข Collaborate with the Director of Content and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy
โ€ข Maintain and update existing content to preserve search rankings over time
Website Copywriting
โ€ข Write and update web copy for landing pages, product pages, and campaign assets
โ€ข Support A/B testing of headlines, CTAs, and page sections in collaboration with the paid team
โ€ข Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all owned web properties
Your skillset/experience should include:
โ€ข 2-3 years in a content, social media, or digital marketing role, either agency or in-house
โ€ข Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex or technical topics such as cybersecurity
โ€ข Fluency with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar) with the ability to still make the writing sound human
โ€ข Experience with a social scheduling platform (Buffer, Sprout Social, Later, or equivalent)
โ€ข Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals; you don't need to be a technical SEO expert, but you understand how content and search work together
โ€ข Organized and self-directed; you're comfortable managing a content calendar without constant oversight
โ€ข Bonus: experience in B2B, SaaS, cybersecurity, or defense-adjacent industries
