POSITION OVERVIEW

This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Scottsdale office.

The Marketing Associate plays a hands-on role in supporting the execution and delivery of digital marketing initiatives for client accounts. This position is designed for someone with 1–3 years of digital marketing or business marketing experience who is eager to grow within a fast-paced agency environment.

This role works closely with account managers, marketing specialists, creative teams, and leadership to ensure client deliverables are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively while remaining proactive and passionate about marketing execution and client success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Deliverables & Campaign Support

· Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts

· Coordinate and manage day-to-day client deliverables including social media content, email campaigns, website updates, and marketing collateral

· Support campaign implementation across paid media, SEO, email marketing, and social media initiatives

· Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously ensuring projects are completed on time and aligned with client expectations and brand standards

CONTENT & CREATIVE SUPPORT

· Assist with content creation including copywriting, proofreading, and content scheduling

· Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop marketing assets that support campaign goals

· Create compelling copy for client websites, email campaigns, social media, advertisements, and branded materials

· Design graphics and visual assets to support client marketing initiatives

· Support social media management and scheduling across various platforms

· Help maintain consistency in messaging and brand voice across campaigns

TEAM COLLABORATION & OPERATIONS

· Work collaboratively with internal teams including strategy, creative, analytics, and leadership

· Maintain organized project documentation, timelines, and communication records

· Participate in team learning sessions and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented culture

· Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging best practices

QUALIFICATIONS

· 1-3 years of digital marketing, business marketing, or related experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred

· Basic understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

· Experience with platforms such as Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or similar operations and marketing tools is a plus

· Knowledge of digital platforms, including Yelp, Google Ads, Facebook, Thumbtack, and Angi is a plus
