Job Summary
Marietta Plastic Surgery is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Content Creator. With office locations in Marietta and Woodstock, this role will report to the Social Media and Influencer Lead with a dotted line to the practice manager. As a Social Media Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence and driving engagement across various social platforms. Through your expertise, you will position the practice as the top choice for plastic surgery procedures and aesthetic treatments.
Responsibilities
  • Manage content creation and monitoring of social channels for multiple practitioners and providers at once.
  • Create captivating and visually stunning content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content scheduling, posting, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Manage Surgeons' social media pages.
  • Create engaging video and photo content showcasing aesthetic procedures, patient transformations, and provider expertise to grow followers and increase engagement.
  • Film surgeries discreetly and professionally, adhering to strict privacy standards.
  • Engage with user-generated content, monitor mentions, and obtain permissions for sharing.
  • Capture interviews and interactions with doctors, injectors, and aestheticians to highlight services.
  • Showcase practice environment, staff dynamics, and facility features through video and photos.
  • Document and promote practice events, workshops, and community outreach efforts for the practice.
  • Edit videos and photos using industry-standard software for a professional finish.
  • Collaborate with team to plan content calendars, brainstorm ideas, and coordinate projects aligned with the social media strategy and brand voice and objectives.
  • Coordinate with practice manager for all patients, to capture before and after images of patients while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and brand standards.

  • Maintain organized files and assets to streamline workflow and facilitate collaboration.
  • Analyze social media metrics, prepare reports, and offer insights to optimize content strategy.
  • Report to Social Media Manager at the corporate level, as well as manage relationships at the practice.

Qualifications
  • Experience in content planning, creation, videography, and photography, preferably in aesthetics or plastic surgery.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and engagement strategies, and brand best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively as well as independently.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling and aesthetically pleasing content.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating an ability to craft engaging and effective copy.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools, such as Sprout Social.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta, social media insights) to track performance and guide strategy.
  • Passion for aesthetics and the beauty industry, with a keen eye for high-quality and refined content.
