You will be working for a national security services firm, providing cutting-edge services across DoD and other agencies. In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and instructors. You must possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance. Must be willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination. This position is contingent upon award. Using your expertise in content site management, you will be providing support to government and military stakeholders, assisting with aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production. In addition, you will:

  • Use centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shape workflow and processes
  • Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings
  • Disseminate intelligence products across separate networks and portals
  • Other duties as assigned

You must meet the minimum requirements:

  • Active Top Secret / SCI clearance and willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination
  • At least 12 years of related experience, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • 10 years experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
  • Associates degree with 7 years' experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years' experience in an intelligence discipline
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the activities required to meet mission requirements
  • Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology
  • Ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks
  • In-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and able to clearly articulate key findings
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight
  • Ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft SharePoint
