Job description

Standard Job Description
We do Space at Lockheed Martin! We are looking for a Learning Systems Analyst to support our Learning and Administration team. The successful candidate will work in the SuccessFactors (LMS) to design, configure, and maintain high-quality learning structures-including courses, learning plans, curricula, and content libraries. The ideal candidate requires agility, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Additional responsibilities include:
  • Researches, develops, implements and/or administers human resources programs, policies, and practices across multiple subject areas.
  • Analyzes and responds to inquiries, providing information, guidance and insight on HR programs, processes, and procedures to HR staff and leaders.
  • May lead special research projects.

Basic Qualifications
  • 1-2 years working with a Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Familiar with the standard concepts, practices, and procedures associated with an LMS and the related training administrative environment
  • Experience providing training administration using an LMS for running reports, removing courses/curriculums from learning plans, providing course credit; modifying course/curriculum meta data, etc.
  • Possess strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communications skills

Desired Skills
  • Experience working with a variety of internal customers ranging from managers to employees to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships; ability to communicate with employees and colleagues effectively and understand the employee/customer perspectives and needs.
  • Experience working with SuccessFactors LMS in a training analyst/admin role.
  • Experience & intermediate proficiency working with technology tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability extract data from LMS databases to conduct analysis and create dashboards/visualizations.
