Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized E-Commerce Content & Marketplace Coordinator to support product setup, digital content management, and marketplace optimization across multiple retail platforms. This role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams to ensure SKU information, enhanced content, and marketplace assets are accurate, optimized, and ready for launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load and maintain new SKUs within CHA and marketplace platforms.
    • Upload and manage marketing information including product descriptions, features, and images.
    • Maintain accurate product dimensions and marketplace-specific details.
  • Support Sales Managers with SKU setup and maintenance for assigned accounts.
    • Complete product-related tasks and updates as requested.
  • Resize and optimize product images for various retailer and marketplace requirements.
  • Create and manage Enhanced Content (below-the-fold content) through Syndigo.
    • Source and edit images to align with marketing copy.
    • Resize, crop, and adjust assets as needed.
    • Collect and organize retailer website URLs for supporting content.
  • Maintain Syndigo content by updating product imagery, copy, and video assets as marketing materials evolve.
  • Build and maintain Amazon A+ Content directly within Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Manage and update Amazon storefront homepages.
    • Schedule promotional, seasonal, and holiday banners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, and Sales teams to ensure all SKU information is accurate, complete, and optimized for upcoming launches and promotions.

Base Salary Range: $55,000.00- $65,000.00 per year contingent upon experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-2+ years of experience with e-commerce marketplaces and retail platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and data management.
  • Familiarity with Syndigo or similar platform preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in e-commerce content management, marketplace operations, or digital merchandising.
  • Experience editing and optimizing product images for online retail.
  • Understanding of enhanced content strategies and online merchandising best practices.
