We are seeking a Social Content Creator/Senior Content Creator who can navigate ambiguity, move quickly and deliver high-impact work. This role requires strong creative instincts, sound judgment and the ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Seated in Colle McVoy’s Earned and Influence practice, this role is for a social-first thinker who knows what content will resonate, how to make it and how to adapt it in real time.


  • Own end-to-end ideation, capture and execution of high-volume social content across platforms
  • Develop content grounded in audience behavior and performance insights to drive engagement and cultural relevance
  • Adapt ideas into multiple formats and versions based on platform, performance and channel needs
  • Monitor social platforms to identify emerging trends, cultural moments and formats, translating them into actionable content ideas
  • Analyze real-time performance to extract insights and continuously optimize content
  • Write and adapt platform-native captions, hooks and on-screen copy aligned to brand voice
  • Consistently generate strong, social-first ideas and concepts across brainstorms, kickoffs and team meetings
  • Support content shoots as needed, including assisting with capture and identifying opportunities for social-first content

  • Exceptional content creation skills with the ability to concept and execute from start to finish across formats (design, video, editing and writing)
  • Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, After Effects, CapCut and similar platforms)
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, algorithms and digital storytelling
  • Strong creative instincts and a clear point of view on what works (and what doesn’t) in social
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in both planned and reactive content scenarios
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making in fast-moving, ambiguous situations
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to execute against fast-moving priorities
  • High level of independence, accountability and initiative with the ability to prioritize, problem-solve and move work forward with limited oversight
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to execute work cleanly and accurately
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
  • Curiosity around emerging tools and technologies (AI, editing workflows and content creation tools) and a drive to continuously evolve

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5 years of professional content creation experience, ideally within an agency or fast-paced brand environment
  • Experience owning end-to-end social content creation across multiple brands or accounts

At the time of posting, the base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 Compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
