Additionally, through our ownership by Kevin and Debra Buckler is exemplified through our Racing Series of wines consisting of six luxury and unique blends inspired by pivotal moments on the racetrack. With our upcoming expansion in Petaluma - an all-new, state-of-the-art winery and entertainment complex on the riverfront, we're setting the stage for unforgettable experiences. Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join the Adobe Road Winery team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement and visually tell our brand story through compelling content. Additional responsibilities are required to assist with e-commerce programs and website support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wine, a consumer-focused mindset, and a proven track record in successfully managing social media, e-commerce, and basic website maintenance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Maintain content calendar that aligns with brand messaging
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (photos, graphics and video), with collaboration across departments
  • Ability to take and edit high quality images and videos
  • Develop and manage targeted paid ads
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster positive relationships and build our online community
  • Analyze and report key metrics and modify strategy as needed
E-Commerce Communication:
  • Develop and manage the e-comm calendar
  • Write and edit email and SMS marketing content, and other digital materials
  • Coordinate with the team to execute marketing campaigns that drive online sales
  • Facilitate online customer service interactions to ensure excellent customer experiences
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of e-commerce campaigns
Website Management:
  • Assist in the maintenance of the winery’s website for both the content site and cart
  • Monitor website functionality and efficiency
  • Implement SEO best practices and manage Google Ads for traffic driving and sales campaigns
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to inform improvements
Qualifications:
  • - 4+ years social media marketing experience, preferably within wine and bev/alc industry
  • - In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, best practices, including community management, content creation, and paid advertising
  • - Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and Meta)
  • - Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • - Familiarity with web design and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Wine Direct)
  • - Experience in e-commerce (Wine Direct experience a plus)
  • - Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a small team environment
  • - Passion for wine and knowledge of the wine industry is a plus
Preferred Skills:
  • - Digital graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe products)
  • - Video production and editing skills
  • - Knowledge of SEO and SEM
  • - Email marketing experience (e.g., MailChimp, Constant Contact)

Pay Scale: The salary range for this position is between $58,000 - $75,000 depending on experience. The actual compensation offered will be based on factors, including but not limited to, qualifications, skills, experience, education, and alignment with market data.
