Job description

House of CB is a global fashion brand celebrated for its empowering, feminine designs and statement‑making silhouettes. With a cult following built through powerful visuals, trend‑defining campaigns, and a bold social media presence, we’re continuing to grow our team with people who share our passion for fashion, creativity, and excellence.

We’re looking for a Content Director to lead House of CB’s social content strategy, defining how our brand shows up day‑to‑day across the platforms where our community lives.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Based in Los Angeles, you’ll own the strategic vision for House of CB’s social content — from tentpole moments to always‑on storytelling. You’ll work in close partnership with our Instagram and TikTok Managers, who own day‑to‑day execution on their channels, while you set the bigger creative direction, content pillars, and cultural strategy that ties it all together. This is a senior content role for someone who thinks in narratives, lives in social culture, and knows how to translate brand vision into content that travels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define and lead the overall social content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Set content pillars, narrative arcs, and tentpole moments that align with brand campaigns and product launches.
  • Partner closely with the Instagram and TikTok Social Media Managers, providing creative direction and strategic guidance while they own day‑to‑day channel execution.
  • Lead content ideation for major brand moments — launches, campaigns, events, and cultural opportunities.
  • Stay deeply plugged into culture, identifying trends, creators, and content formats that align with House of CB.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Art Director, and Marketing leadership to ensure content strategy supports the wider brand vision.
ABOUT YOU
  • 5+ years in social content, content strategy, or a senior creative role in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
  • A strong portfolio of social‑first content work that demonstrates strategic thinking and cultural fluency.
  • Deeply plugged into LA fashion, culture, and the creator landscape.
  • Confident leading creative direction while collaborating with channel managers who own execution.
  • Strong storyteller, with an instinct for what resonates on Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.
  • Collaborative leader who can work cross‑functionally with Creative, Marketing, and Social teams.
WHY JOIN US?

Be part of a brand whose social presence has shaped fashion culture, and take ownership of the strategy behind what comes next. You’ll work alongside a talented social team and a wider creative function — with the platform, the budget, and the freedom to build something genuinely industry‑leading.

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.
