โ€ข Maintain accurate CRM documentation, pipeline forecasting, and sales reporting.
โ€ข Contribute insights to enhance the go-to-market strategy for emerging growth prospects.
Required Skills & Competencies
โ€ข Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the life sciences or related professional services industries.
โ€ข Strong consultative selling and communication skills.
โ€ข Experience with lead qualification, needs assessment, and closing strategies.
โ€ข Ability to work cross-functionally with SDR, marketing, and leadership teams.
โ€ข Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and drive to achieve targets.
โ€ข CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Performance Indicators
โ€ข New logo revenue attainment vs. quota.
โ€ข Number and value of new clients acquired per quarter.
โ€ข Sales cycle efficiency and close rate metrics.
โ€ข Quality of CRM data and forecasting accuracy.
โ€ข Contribution to continuous improvement of lead-to-close processes.
Why Join Life Science Connect
โ€ข Opportunity to directly drive growth through new client acquisition in the life sciences sector.
โ€ข Work in a high-performance, data-driven environment with mentorship from senior leadership.
โ€ข Defined career advancement path into sales management.
โ€ข Collaborative culture and exposure to multiple cross-functional teams.
