Job DescriptionThe Director, Content Capabilities leads the strategy, development, and advancement of content capabilities that enable the organization to scale modular content and AI-enabled production. This role is accountable for defining the future-state vision and roadmap for content design capabilities, tools, operating models, and ways of working across the portfolio. Through leadership of a team of Content Capability Associate Directors, the Director drives long-term transformation, including future Digital Production Platform (DPP) needs, while ensuring seamless support for current production and publishing operations.
