About the Role:

The Talent Intern supports the Talent and HR team with learning and development initiatives, content creation, and program coordination. This role offers hands-on experience in instructional design, learning programs, and HR operations while contributing to meaningful projects that support employee growth. The Talent Intern also assists with recruiting and general HR tasks, contributing to a well-rounded and integrated people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support learning programs including onboarding and leadership development
  • Help design and update training materials (presentations, guides, eLearning content)
  • Assist with training logistics, communications, and facilitation support
  • Support learning and HR-related projects and documentation
  • Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration, course setup, and reporting
  • Provide exposure to recruiting and general HR activities

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Communications, Psychology or a related field
  • Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
  • Interest in learning, talent development, or HR
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office; design or eLearning tools a plus
