You will serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers throughout the onboarding process, helping them navigate content requirements, technical setup, and platform best practices. This is a hands-on role that combines relationship management, content quality, operational execution, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Support supplier onboarding from initial engagement through activation

Build and maintain supplier relationships

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers throughout onboarding and early-stage development

  • Provide guidance, training, and best-practice recommendations to help suppliers succeed on the platform

  • Respond to supplier questions and proactively address onboarding challenges

  • Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining a positive supplier experience

Manage content onboarding and quality assurance

  • Review supplier content to ensure it meets platform standards and quality expectations

  • Optimize product descriptions, inclusions, meeting points, imagery, and other content for conversion

  • Conduct quality assurance reviews before products go live

  • Partner with suppliers to resolve content gaps and improve overall product quality

Support technical onboarding and integrations

  • Work closely with Supply Operations and technical teams to support supplier integrations

  • Assist with onboarding-related technical tasks and connectivity validation

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently

Contribute to process improvement and reporting

  • Identify onboarding bottlenecks and opportunities to improve efficiency

  • Recommend updates to onboarding workflows, documentation, and playbooks

  • Track supplier onboarding performance and share insights with the broader team

  • Support initiatives that improve supplier activation, content quality, and long-term supplier success

The ideal candidate:

  • 2-4 years of experience in supplier onboarding, account management, operations, content management, or a similar role

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Comfortable managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with both operational and technical teams

  • Basic understanding of how APIs deliver pricing, availability, and content into a platform

  • Comfortable working with large amounts of data across multiple systems and CRMs

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Marketplace, e-commerce, or travel industry experience is preferred

  • Fluent in English with strong written communication skills

Benefits include:

  • Annual company bonus (up to a total of $3,000, based on company targets - deferred eligibility)

  • 15 days of leave (increases to 20 days at 2 years tenure)

  • Company Healthcare Plan (Company contribution $9K with 2 completely covered plans)

  • 401K company plan

  • Annual work from home budget $500

  • Annual training budget of $250

  • TSA PreCheck (worth $80)

  • Annual Project Expedition tour credits of $750

  • Employee discounts on thousands of tours and activities
