Overview
Adopt is seeking an experienced Senior Designer to deliver best-in-class creative across brand
design, identity systems, experiences, communications, and campaigns that capture the
imagination of consumers and deliver real value for our clients.
This role calls for a highly skilled designer with strong conceptual instincts and a sharp eye for
craft. Creative thinking is paired with the ability to explore multiple design directions, translating
ideas into work that is both distinctive and precise. Clear communication across all forms of
media is essential, along with the ability to build presentations and visual narratives that
articulate intention with clarity and confidence.
This person must have a strong ability to take direction and elevate it, turning strategy and
creative vision into cohesive visual systems, assets, and executions that feel considered across
every touchpoint. They will bring a fresh perspective to each challenge, with a consistent focus
on producing work that is culturally resonant and built with purpose.
They must approach design with intention, using typography, color, texture, space, and scale to
shape compelling communication. Versatility across mediums is expected, with the ability to find
new ways to tell brand stories while working alongside cross-functional teams to move from
abstract ideas to well-formed, well-executed visual narratives. Comfort managing multiple
projects at once is key, maintaining a high level of craft across identity, packaging, digital, print,
photography, and emerging formats.
At Adopt, this role will help define how brands show up at the intersection of sport and culture,
supporting integrated, best-in-class creative thinking for partners across the Adopt and Publicis
Media portfolio.
Responsibilities
Build: Develop exceptional design work across brand systems, campaigns, experiences, and
content that ladders up to a unified creative vision
Craft: Execute with a meticulous eye for detail, typography, photo direction, motion capture, layout, composition, and visual storytelling
Solve: Approach challenges with curiosity and creativity, developing smart solutions to complex problems
Extend: Apply ideas across multiple touchpoints, ensuring consistency across platforms and formats
Contribute: Actively participate in concept development, bringing design thinking into the early
stages of projects
Partner: Work closely with creative directors, designers, strategists, and producers to bring
ideas to life
Support: Help shape presentations and decks, ensuring work is clearly and effectively communicated
Refine: Ensure all deliverables meet a high standard of craft before they leave the room
Adapt: Work fluidly across mediums, including identity, campaigns, content, environments, and
digital platforms
Explore: Stay curious about sport, culture, design, and emerging creative trends

Qualifications
• Located (or willing to relocate) near Portland, OR, or New York, NY
• 5-10 years' experience in the creative industry
• An excellent portfolio that spans the full spectrum of brand design, brand identity, brand campaigns, and brand communications with evidence of building cohesive, multi-touchpoint brand worlds
• Exceptional design aesthetic, versatility across styles, and awareness of design trends and innovation
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal), including strong deck writing and client presentation abilities
• A clear, creative point of view with the ability to contribute meaningfully to the strategic development of assignments
• Experience collaborating side by side with diverse strategic, creative, business, and production teams to seamlessly execute projects

Compensation Range: USD $81,225.00 - USD $116,655.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
