Description

Our Client is seeking a Digital Content Specialist for a 6 month contract. As a Digital Content Specialist, you will support the strategy, development, deployment, and analysis of our client's CRM campaigns. These communications are sent to various parties such as Independent Business Owners (IBOs), customers, or sometimes a combination of the two. It is your job to ensure this happens successfully and in a timely fashion. Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Acting as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, agencies, and the CRM production team.

• Identifying CRM deliverables and managing all aspects of the campaign including planning, timelines, risks, and resources.

• Submitting use cases and other supporting artifacts for review and approval.

• Scheduling creative downloads and updating content briefs.

• Managing creative routing, finalizing proof comments for agency edits, and providing final English HTML for the translation team.

• Conducting in-depth QA of emails in each language, for all ANA markets, including checking all links, artwork, videos, etc. for proper functionality and market availability.

• Providing insight and explanation to stakeholders on CRM platform capabilities.

• Tracking campaign progress (activities, milestones, deliverables) and the estimation/re-estimation of work as necessary.

• Sending final CRM creative to internal stakeholders for reference.

• On-call support for end-of-month email communications to the field.

• On-call support 24/7 to coordinate urgent communications per established protocols

• Backup for the email coordinator.
