This role will drive the creation of dynamic and impactful training programs, establish solutions that empower team members at all levels and foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, they will deliver innovative learning experiences that engage and inspire, ultimately enhancing operational performance and brand growth.
Education
Bachelor's Degree Req
Master's Degree Pref
Work Experience
5+ years experience in instructional design Pref
2-4 years • Experience working as an instructional design manager Pref
• Experience working with/in the restaurant industry, preferred
• Experience working in a franchise environment is a plus

Skills and Abilities
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning theory, with the ability to translate ID jargon and requirements into terms easily understood by non-technical individuals.
• Experience developing blended learning solutions that drive performance improvement.
• Expertise working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Proffered experience with Adobe Suite software, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong eLearning design and development skills. Experience with Storyline, a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to edit content and grammar consistently.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple overlapping tasks for self and through others.
• Ability to collaborate, influence and communicate effectively across various levels of management.
• Experience developing team member and/or management curriculums.
