ROLE PURPOSE: The eCommerce Content & Operations Manager is responsible for driving content excellence, merchandising execution, and operational delivery across Amazon, DTC, and emerging e-commerce channels. Serving as the central connector between Brand, Creative, Analytics, Commercial, and Agency partners, this role ensures that content, promotions, product launches, and innovation initiatives are executed flawlessly and on time.

MAJOR ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Manage and optimize product content, promotions, and merchandising across ecommerce channels.
  • Coordinate creative assets and support product launches, campaigns, and pricing updates.
  • Ensure ecommerce content is accurate, consistent, compliant, and up to date.
  • Identify content improvements and maintain content management standards and processes.
  • Lead ecommerce execution for new product launches and business initiatives.
  • Manage timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Use data and insights to improve product visibility, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor performance trends and implement opportunities for growth.
  • Serve as the main liaison between internal teams and external partners.
  • Drive projects, improve workflows, and ensure effective execution across initiatives.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION and CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related degree
  • 3-7 years of experience in ecommerce, Amazon, digital marketing, content operations, merchandising, or project management.
  • Experience managing PDP content, merchandising initiatives, and cross-functional business projects.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against deadlines.
  • Experience using business and performance data to drive decisions.

The target salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. New Chapter considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
