Job description

At Crocs, Inc., every career offers a chance to make a real impact. No two journeys look the same. And that's exactly how we like it. Whether you're welcoming customers into our stores, collaborating with global teams at our headquarters, or keeping operations moving at our distribution centers, your impact is real and valued. At Crocs, Inc. you're not expected to fit a mold. You're encouraged to break it and create something better.

Overview

We're looking for a creative, socialsavvy Global Social Media Content Creator & Commuity Manager to support the growth of a new entertainment-led social presence. This role will be focused on building and sustaining an always-on channel designed to drive engagement, cultural relevance, and audience growth through social-first content. This role will operate as both a creator & community lead - developing content, identifying trends, engaging audiences in real time, and helping establish a distinct brand voice across platforms.

What You'll Do

ALWAYS ON CONTENT CREATION

  • Create, produce and edit consistent, high-volume social content, including trend videos, reactive memes, lo-fi content, comments-to-content, and creator-style storytelling.

TREND SPEED & CULTURAL RELEVANCE

  • Monitor emerging trends, sounds, memes, and platform behaviors real time and execute quick turn ideas that feel native to the platforms (Instagram & TikTok).
  • Be fluent in emerging AI tools and understand how they can enhance modern social creation - from rapid ideation and trend mapping to lightweight editing, visual experimentation, and production efficiencies. This person should also understand where AI adds value versus where authenticity and human-led creation matter most.

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT & VOICE DEVELOPMENT

  • Actively manage comments, participate in platform conversations, engage with creators & brands, and help develop a recognizable and consistent channel voice and personality.
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • 2-5 years of experience creating content for brands, creators, publishers or social-first platforms
  • Passion for social media, content creation, and digital storytelling
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YT and emerging platform behaviors
  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to identify and react to trends quickly
  • Proven ability to concept, shoot, edit and publish social first content independently
  • Experience with lo-fi, creator-style storytelling and native platform editing techniques
  • Strong copywriting and caption-writing skills with an understanding of brand voice and internet culture
  • Experience managing community engagement including comments, DMs, reactive responses, and brand interactions
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly reactive social environment with quick turnaround timelines
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort partnering cross-functionally
  • Understanding of social analytics and ability to identify what content is resonating and why
