THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Digital Content Specialist, you will bring Workplace Resource’s brands to life through engaging visual storytelling, compelling written content, and strategic digital marketing initiatives. Supporting marketing, sales, and corporate communications efforts, you will create customer-focused content across digital, print, email, web, and social media channels. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller who thrives on building brand awareness, driving engagement, and translating customer and project experiences into impactful content for WR Furniture, Built, Encore, and Adorn.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Develop and execute content strategies across social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Capture and create photo and video content that showcases projects, events, showroom experiences, installations, and company culture.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and maintain website content across multiple brands.
  • Create visual assets, templates, graphics, and copy that support marketing and business development objectives.
  • Write and develop case studies, thought leadership content, blog posts, and customer success stories.
  • Transform project information and customer experiences into polished, brand-aligned narratives.
  • Maintain a consistent editorial voice and content standards across all communication channels.
  • Produce sales enablement materials including presentations, one-pagers, brochures, videos, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with business development and marketing teams on lead-generation campaigns and strategic content initiatives.
  • Create employee content kits, newsletters, internal communications, and brand storytelling resources.
  • Design event collateral, signage, presentations, and other supporting materials as needed.
  • Support company events and contribute to exceptional customer experiences.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR ORGANIZATION
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design, or a related field, or 2–5 years of relevant marketing and content development experience.
  • Portfolio demonstrating both long-form brand writing and digital content creation across social, web, and video platforms.
  • Experience in content marketing, brand storytelling, social media management, or digital communications.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to create and maintain consistent brand voices across multiple platforms and audiences.
  • Strong visual design sensibility and photo/video content creation capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, and social media platform tools.
  • Interest or experience in the interior design, architecture, or furniture industry.
  • Ability to manage editorial calendars, multiple priorities, and competing deadlines independently.
  • Creative, strategic, collaborative, and adaptable mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Zoom.
