Schicker CDJR of Washington is looking for a motivated Car Sales Associate with a passion for social media to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants more than a traditional sales position and is excited to grow quickly in a modern dealership environment. *NO SALES EXPERIENCE NEEDED - hands on paid training by the best in the business!*


Responsibilities
  • Assist customers throughout the vehicle-buying process from initial greeting to delivery

  • Create engaging social media content including videos, reels, posts, and stories featuring:

    • New and used inventory

    • Test drives and walkarounds

    • Customer deliveries

    • Dealership events and promotions

  • Build relationships both in-store and online to generate personal leads

  • Follow up with customers via phone, text, email, and social platforms

  • Collaborate with management and the marketing team on campaigns and content ideas

  • Maintain knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles, features, and incentives
