The Dental Network Content Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the digital presence and communication strategy of the Connection Dental Network (CDN). This individual is responsible for the oversight, content development, and management of the CDN website, all provider communication, internal network documentation, ensuring information is accurate, engaging, and up to date. The manager will also lead the creation, facilitation, and distribution of the quarterly CDN newsletter, serving as a primary channel for informing and engaging contracted providers and other stakeholders.SKILLS

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the Connection Dental Network website, including recommending content strategy, development, publishing, and ongoing maintenance to ensure digital assets remain current and relevant, while working cross-functionally with G.E.H.A Marketing, member and provider experience teams to safeguard provider messaging follows G.E.H.A brand standards and organization's overall communication strategy.
  • Create, facilitate, and distribute the quarterly Connection Dental Network newsletter, coordinating content contributions, editorial calendars, and distribution logistics.
  • Collaborate with the dental network team and cross-functional GEHA teams to produce all CDN marketing and administrative collateral required for provider acquisition and ongoing provider administration.
  • Design, administer, and analyze provider surveys to gather feedback, measure satisfaction, and inform network improvements.
  • Ensure all content and collateral adhere to brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
  • Monitor website analytics and newsletter engagement metrics to optimize content strategy and report on performance.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on best practices for digital communications within the dental network industry.
  • Support ad hoc content needs as requested by the dental network leadership team.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, Health Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in content management, digital communications, or marketing, preferably in a healthcare or dental network environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with website content management systems (CMS), newsletter platforms, and content analytics tools.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail and the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with dental or healthcare industry terminology and provider communications is preferred.
  • Experience with industry standards/practices i.e., 508 Compliance, HIPAA, PHI governance etc.

Work-at-home requirements

  • Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular High Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office.

  • A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30mpbs download x 5mpbs upload) is required.

  • Latency (ping) response time lower than 80 ms

  • Hotspots, satellite and wireless internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

  • A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

The target hiring range for this position is $69,305 - $87,675 USD. At G.E.H.A, the current maximum salary for this role is $97,695 USD. While initial compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications, there is a path to work toward this top rate through performance and continued growth within the organization.
