Our client is seeking a Marketing Associate to support and execute marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth. This role manages projects across multiple channels, including digital marketing, events, social media, website content, email campaigns, and marketing collateral. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and project management skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and workflows across multiple initiatives
  • Serve as a liaison between teams to ensure alignment, communication, and smooth project execution
  • Partner with writers, designers, and leadership to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and content
  • Coordinate production of print and digital collateral, including approvals, printing, and distribution
  • Support customer marketing requests and assist with ad hoc creative projects
  • Manage website updates, social media content, email campaigns, and digital marketing reporting
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics, search trends, and competitor activity
  • Build dashboards and reports to track campaign and channel performance
  • Coordinate tradeshow and event logistics, vendor management, booth materials, staffing, and on-site support

Requirements:
