Job description

We are looking for a talented Technical Training Associate - Level I to join our team specializing in manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Fridley. MN

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:  

  • Facilitate Training Programs: Support the facilitation of both general and specific training and development programs, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively. 
  • Contribute to Program Design: Assist in the planning, design, delivery, and implementation of training programs, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to enhance learning experiences. 
  • Develop Instructional Content: Provide input to instructional content, preparing materials such as participant guides, instructor guides, presentations, tests, and job aids that align with corporate standards. 
  • Conduct Needs Analysis: Assist with needs, audience, and task analysis to identify training requirements and provide input into effective solutions or changes. 
  • Maintain Training Records: Keep detailed records and reports on training progress, using evaluation data to guide program revisions and improvements, and providing input for continuous enhancement.
