Team Red Dog is hiring a Content Quality Assurance Analyst for our client, a global productivity and collaboration leader and AI-driven technology organization. In this role, you'll help shape the next generation of Microsoft 365 and Copilot experiences by developing test plans, executing manual and automated testing, and evaluating AI-generated content across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, improve content experiences, and provide data-driven recommendations that directly influence products used by millions of customers worldwide. This is an excellent opportunity for a QA professional with content testing, automation, and AI evaluation experience who wants to work at the forefront of generative AI and enterprise productivity.
Top Required Skills (Must Haves):
  1. Content Quality Assurance & Testing - 2-4 years of experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, validation frameworks, defect tracking, and QA documentation for content or software experiences.

The expertise you bring:
