  • Identify, document, reproduce, and meticulously track defects through to resolution.
  • Rigorously evaluate AI-generated outputs against defined quality standards and acceptance criteria.
  • Assess content accuracy, relevance, usability, formatting, and overall customer experience.
  • Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to enhance model and content performance.
  • Create and maintain essential test scripts, test cases, validation frameworks, and detailed execution documentation.
  • Develop repeatable and scalable testing approaches for new content experiences and features.
  • Collaborate closely with content and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and implement automation opportunities.

Must-Have Qualifications:
