Starting Pay: $19.00 - $23.50/hour
Status: Full-Time | Immediate Hire
Schedule: 7:30AM - 4:30PM M-F; Open availability required, including all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Container Repair / Maintenance Technicians with experience to join our team. This role involves hands-on maintenance and repair of shipping containers and chassis, ensuring all equipment meets safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on shipping containers
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed
  • Follow safety procedures and comply with industry standards
  • Work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Selects appropriate materials to repair/weld equipment
  • Lays out, positions, aligns, and fits components together for welding
  • Bolts, clamps, tack-welds, or fastens parts to secure for welding and/or repair
  • Sets up equipment and welds parts, using appropriate welding equipment
  • Assists with general repair duties and depot maintenance as required
  • Works with sheet metal fabrication
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Experience in chassis/trailer/container repair and maintenance
  • Basic welding skills preferred not required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
  • Must have basic set of hand tools
  • Must pass a pre-employment background verification, physical and drug screening
  • Open availability

Nice to Have:
  • Previous experience working in a Depot, port, terminal, or intermodal setting
