The Senior Brand Manager supports the development and execution of brand marketing strategies that strengthen brand equity, drive consumer preference, and contribute to market share growth for the Trex brand. This role focuses on advertising, media, and integrated marketing activation. The Senior Brand Manager brings consumer insights to life through strong creative development, smart channel planning, and consistent brand storytelling.

This position manages day-to-day brand marketing initiatives and ensures that campaigns are insight-led, on strategy, and executed with excellence across all consumer touchpoints. The Senior Brand Manager works closely with cross-functional partners to maintain brand consistency and support business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute annual brand marketing plans that include advertising, media, and integrated campaigns designed to build awareness and consideration (domestic & international).
  • Develop creative briefs and manage the creative development process in partnership with agencies and internal teams.
  • Manage media planning and optimization to ensure channel strategies align with brand goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Translate consumer insights into actionable marketing programs, messaging, and content that resonate with homeowners and contractors.
  • Monitor brand performance, including brand health metrics, campaign KPIs, and media effectiveness, and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Partner with Digital, Channel Marketing, and Product teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Support brand governance by ensuring consistent application of brand identity and messaging across all materials and touchpoints.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and agency relationships to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives by partnering with Finance, Sales, Legal, Supply Chain, and other internal teams.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members when needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support brand and business priorities.

DIRECT REPORTS

Manage and provide ongoing performance, coaching, and professional development opportunities for a team of 1 - 5 direct reports.

EXPERIENCE

We are looking for leaders with Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in brand management, advertising, or integrated marketing.

SALARY

Base Salary Range: $135,000 - $175,000

The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual/sales bonus, in addition to the base salary.
