Title and Summary

Director, Product ManagementMastercard Transfer Solution is a global payment service that allows financial institutions, fintechs, digital customers and other businesses to send domestic and cross border payments to multiple end points in 100+ countries. It includes Mastercard Send, our near real time funding and push to card platform, Cross Border Services (XBS) and Bill Pay. Transfer Solution use cases and applications include funding, person-to-person (P2P) transfers, business to consumer (B2C) disbursements, cross border remittance, B2B, Bill Pay and more.
We are hiring a Product Management Director for Mastercard Send. This is a high profile, high impact role within the NAM MC Send Product Management team. This position will oversee and execute on the Send product strategy, manage product roadmap, devise GTM and marketing strategy and ensure delivery of new customer programs. This position will work closely with the account and business development teams to convert market intelligence into new product ideas and innovations, and drive share and revenue growth for Send across use cases.
This role requires partnership cross-functionally with other groups like Global Product, account managers, bus dev, US Product Delivery, LFI and Finance, among others. The Director is a key member of the Transfer Solution team in the North America Region with critical remit to advance Disbursement & Remittance, one of the key new flows as part of Mastercard's corporate strategy.
Role
Oversee Send product strategy, roadmap, marketing and GTM in NAM. Drive P&L results.
Leverage market intelligence and insights to evolve Send product, value prop and drive innovations
Develop and launch new use cases. Provide thought leadership on product positioning. Drive share and revenue growth.
Devise and execute on marketing strategy with measurable results. Partner across organization to create bundles and synergy.
Support key deal process. Product lead for key CAM segment.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, effective product manager. A payment expert passionate about instant payments, next generation payments solutions including open banking, digital transformations and cross border money movements. Candidate should have a track record of delivering results, able to learn fast and pivot, and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
8-10 years of experience, preferably in payments.
Experience in managing digital payments product, especially in fast payment
Strong strategic thinker, track record in developing innovative products or solutions with notable results
Creative and curious. Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail. Understanding of financial drivers and partnership negotiation process.
